Since 2004, PBL has been both a launching pad for leadership and a close-knit community of friends. As the collegiate chapter of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), we provide members with opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and lifelong connections. But what makes PBL special is our balance between career preparation and genuine friendship.

We support one another through every step of college and well into the professinal world.

Our flagship Membership Development Program pairs new members with mentors for a six-week journey of personalized career support, from resume building to exploring career paths.

Beyond that, members gain access to ongoing professional workshops, guest speakers, corporate partnerships, and a strong alumni network that opens doors to internships and full-time opportunities.

Just as importantly, we value the friendships that make UCSD memorable, offering socials, mixers with other organizations, and formal events that bring our community together.

State Business Leadership Conference (SBLC) & National Leadership Conference (NLC):
A premier California competition where members compete in 30+ business-focused events, run for state office, win scholarships, and network with students and professionals. Top performers at SBLC advance to the national stage to compete and explore career-defining opportunities.
